The merger of two companies, Oxtar SpA and Novation SpA, both with the highest level of technological know-how, has created the TCX Boots brand, already a leader in the motorcycle boots market.

TCX Boots has inherited a history of innovations such as the Torsion Control System and the Metatarsal Control System, which have both undergone modifications and improvements. The TCX Boots racing and touring ranges of boot have specific technologies developed to maximise safety and comfort for the rider.

The TCX Boots Woman Line range shares the same technology as the racing and touring lines but has been developed specifically for the female foot.

TCX Road / Race Motorcycle Boots

TCX Boots road and race boots incorporate varying combinations of innovative systems and materials. The Torsion Control System is a structure within the boots that allows lateral and longitudinal movement of the ankle but preventing movement beyond the natural limits therefore protecting the joints from possible injury.

The TCX Boots Metatarsal Control System is based on a rigid shell with a rotation mechanism that incorporates programmed stops at the top and bottom, designed to prevent excessive flexion of the metatarsal either up or down whilst giving excellent sensitivity when riding. All TCX road/race boots have an antibacterial foot bed with the Competizione RS incorporating a vented sole encouraging airflow and increasing ventilation to the foot.

TCX Touring Motorcycle Boots

TCX Boots touring boots incorporate features designed to maximise the safety and comfort of the touring rider. The TCX Boots XCR (Extended Comfort Range) is the most recent and highly developed version of the famous waterproof GORE-TEX membrane with a noticeable increase in comfort for the rider, even in the hottest seasons. TCX Boots has introduced a 'breathable technology' in the AIRTECH XCR boot where the XCR membrane works in synergy with the new airtech upper material to increase breathability making this the perfect summer boot.

TCX Boots with the GORE-TEX membrane can be assured of the added comfort offered by the combination of waterproofing and breathability. The TCX Boots touring range incorporates the Comfort Fit System ("form moulding") ensuring a high quality fit. The upper is shaped on a mould, as in the manufacture of quality shoes, which reproduces the shape of the human foot.

TCX Off Road Motorcycle Boots

The TCX Boots Torsion Control System is a structure within the boot that allows lateral and longitudinal movement of the ankle but preventing movement beyond the natural limits therefore protecting the joints from possible injury.

The interchangeable Inner Bootie is fashioned from breathable material, ensuring the foot of the motorcross rider is shod in complete comfort. Gel inserts at the level of the malleolus bones afford effective protection to the ankle. A preformed counter cradles and supports the heel, enhancing stability and comfort.
