The new KTM 790 DUKE takes some of its design cues from the KTM SUPER DUKE R – most obvious being the unique LED headlight cluster and hunkered-down stance, set off by sharp lines and signature KTM orange graphics.
Designed to make any rider feel in full control, the KTM 790 DUKE features 4-way adjustable handlebars, a comfortable, ergonomically designed seating position and high-set foot pegs, perfectly suited for more aggressive riding styles.

A lot of the KTM 790 DUKE’s punch comes from an all-new lightweight motor and frame package, featuring an innovative cast aluminium sub frame, keeping the chassis rigid and compact for sharper turn-in, greater lean angles and more corner feel.

The KTM 790 DUKE has a lot to brag about – agility being the key point. With a set of tires which were custom developed specifically for this bike, and sophisticated Traction Control technology, KTM developed a bike that is perfectly suited for hours of apex-clipping action.
AGILE POWER – ALL-NEW ENGINE.
Lightweight and compact, a new 799 cc, 8-Valve DOHC Twin engine sits at the heart of the new KTM 790 DUKE. Boasting exceptional efficiency with class-leading levels of power and torque, this new parallel twin is a lightweight force to be reckoned with.
To keep vibrations to a minimum, balancer shafts have been placed in front of the crankshafts and in the cylinder head to ensure the smoothest power delivery, while the slipper clutch allows riders to enter corners confidently without locking up the rear wheel under hard deceleration and downshifting.
RIDE MODES – PICK YOUR POISON.
Riders can choose from four ride modes, namely SPORT for more aggressive riding, STREET for urban and city riding, RAIN for when things get a little slippery and the ultimate attack mode called TRACK. This awards the KTM 790 DUKE pilots the ability to adjust power outputs and ABS settings, Traction Control slip levels, throttles response and even disengage the anti-wheelie function for rear-wheel antics.
Forged pistons combined with a DLC-coated piston pin to aid in the overall piston weight and reciprocating mass reduction. This means a faster revving engine with reduced engine inertia for optimal handling.
With a state-of-the-art, full-colour TFT display at the helm, riders can access all vital information from RPM and ride modes to ambient temperature and fuel levels with a quick glance.
The KTM 790 DUKE also boasts an impressive list of standard electronic features such as cornering ABS with Supermoto mode, Quickshifter+ for clutchless up and downshifts and lean-angle sensitive traction control, which allows you to push even harder with full confidence and utmost accuracy.
